Coaching is a structured, transformative process built on trust, consistency, and growth.

Your journey begins with a 20–60 minute paid Discovery Session.
Here we explore your goals, challenges, and the areas of life where you want to grow — health, relationships, career, finances, emotional or spiritual life.This first meeting also sets the foundation for a trustworthy, ethical coaching relationship.
We clarify what coaching is — a forward-focused, client-led growth process — and what it is not, so you can feel safe, supported, and empowered.
You remain the leader of your own growth, while I serve as a thinking partner, guide, and facilitator who helps you gain insight, build clarity, and take meaningful action.
We also define our roles:
you commit to showing up with honesty, openness, and ownership of your development;
I commit to providing a safe, confidential, structured space that supports your progress with professionalism and integrity. -
The frequency of our meetings depends entirely on your goals and the pace of change you seek.
Some objectives require more frequent touchpoints — weekly or every 10 days — especially when rapid feedback, decision-making, or mindset shifts are needed.
Other goals benefit from a longer integration period, with sessions every 2–4 weeks to allow time for practice, reflection, and real-life application.In every case, you receive ongoing support, new insights, practical tools, reflection exercises, and accountability that help you transform awareness into meaningful action.

Sustainable change takes time. That’s why all coaching programs run for a minimum of 3–6 months, supporting deep, meaningful growth.
